My Story: Why I Started Digital Boss Divas Academy

I’m Shantell's Natural Hair, the FOUNDER & CEO of Digital Boss Divas Academy, and Mompreneur of four children. My journey to creating this academy was deeply personal. As someone who has always been passionate about entrepreneurship and content creation, I realized there was a significant gap in resources available for teen girls and women who wanted to make money online, start a business, and create digital products with confidence. 

 

I started my journey as a content creator, sharing how I gained over 1000 subscribers on Youtube in just. Over time, I learned how to turn that passion into a business, but it wasn’t an easy road. I experienced challenges, made mistakes, and had to figure things out along the way. I wished I had a mentor or community that could guide me through the process.

That’s why I created Digital Boss Divas Academy—to provide women and teen girls with the mentorship, tools, and community I wished I had when I started.
